How to Play The Perfect Season

The rules

1. A wheel gives you a year, then a team from that year. Sign one player off it.
2. Six spins fill six spots, and you have $140M to spend. Not spending it is its own mistake.
3. Don't like the draw? Re-spin the year or the team for $5M, then $10M, then $15M, off your budget.
4. Players who shared a team, a college or a draft class build chemistry, which lifts the whole roster.
5. Shape matters as much as talent. A quarterback who can't throw wastes your receivers, and stars alongside nobody get found out.
6. Play all 17 games. Win 12 and you're in the playoffs, win 15 and you skip a round. One playoff loss ends it.
7. Win everything and you finish 20 and 0. That is the perfect season, and it is rare.

One Franchise mode

Same game with the team wheel locked to one franchise, so only the year moves and every player you sign actually wore that jersey. Each franchise has its own leaderboard. Needs a free RunThe.GG account.

Where the numbers come from

Every player is priced and scored from his real week by week statistics for the season you draft him from, so a card reflects that year rather than his whole career.
