RunThe.GG is made by two brothers, and a real person reads every message. There's no support ticket queue and no chatbot, just us. Email us at hello@runthe.gg and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within a couple of days.

Found a bug?
Tell us which game you were in, what you were doing when it broke, and
what device and browser you were using. A screenshot helps enormously. Bugs
that cost somebody a run go to the front of the queue.
Account or leaderboard help
Can't sign in, lost saved progress, need a username changed, or think a
leaderboard entry is wrong? Email from the address on the account if you can.
It makes it much faster for us to help.
Delete your account or your data
Ask us and we'll remove your account, email, username and saved progress.
You don't have to give a reason. See our
Privacy Policy for exactly what we hold.
Ideas and feedback
Want a sport we don't cover, a mode we haven't built, or a rule changed?
A lot of what's on the site started as somebody's email. We read all of them,
even when we can't build them.
Advertising and partnerships
For media enquiries, sponsorship or anything commercial, email the same
address with "Partnership" in the subject line and it'll reach the right one
of us.
Rights holders and press
Our games are unofficial fan projects (see our
Disclaimer). If you represent a league, club,
athlete or data provider and have a concern about anything on the site, email
us and we'll respond quickly.
