You get one NBA, NFL or MLB player at a time. Where did they go to college? Type the school. Don’t stress the spelling. UNC, North Carolina and University of North Carolina all count.

• Type the school and you get 2 points.
• Stuck? Take the 4 choices for 1 point.
• Pick the wrong school and your run’s over. A spelling we don’t know doesn’t count against you.
• It starts with big names and gets harder the longer you go.

Streaks and the daily reset

New players drop at midnight your time. Finish a day and your streak keeps going. This is one of the four games free every day, no account needed. The other three are the Daily Crossword, Sportegories and Career Path. Make an account and it saves your runs, your streak and your achievements. The Card opens all twelve with no limit, plus the Archive of every past day. Five of the games also have NBA, NFL and MLB editions.

Tips

• Kind of know it? Type it before you take the choices. A spelling we don’t know costs you nothing. Only a real school that’s wrong ends your run.
• Think back to draft night. They say the school right when the pick is in. That’s where most of us picked it up.
• Use the position. Some schools crank out linemen every year, so that cuts the list down fast.
